How PokeGacha works
PokeGacha turns trading fees into graded Pokémon cards and raffles them to token holders on a fixed schedule. Holding $GACHA is the only requirement to enter — the draw and the payout are automated and verifiable on-chain.
Summary
Hold $GACHA in your Solana wallet and you are automatically entered into every draw, weighted by your balance. Every 30 minutes, one holder wins a graded Pokémon card, sent straight to their wallet by the PokeGacha program. No tickets, no claim flow, no KYC.
The loop
The protocol runs a continuous, four-stage loop. Stages one and two fund and stock the prize pool; stages three and four run each draw window:
$GACHA trades on pump.fun and a creator fee accrues in SOL to the treasury wallet. The fee funds the prize supply — there is no team allocation or presale skimming the pool.
The team uses those fees to buy and pull graded Pokémon cards on Collector Crypt — PSA/BGS/CGC slabs vaulted by Collector Crypt and tokenised as NFTs. This step is done by hand; the cards then go to the operational wallet.
Each window, one card is escrowed in the draw's vault inside the PokeGacha program, visible on-chain. The program only accepts verified Collector Crypt cards, and the card stays locked until the draw resolves.
Shortly before the close slot, a snapshot of holders is committed on-chain. After the close slot, the slot hash picks one holder, weighted by balance — the winner is proven on-chain and the program sends the card to their wallet.
Fairness
The draw is seedless: there is no secret the operator could grind or withhold. The holder snapshot is locked in on-chain before the close slot, and the random value comes from the hash of that slot — which didn't exist when the snapshot was committed.

On-chain proof
You never have to take our word for any of this. Every draw leaves a permanent public record that anyone can look up — that is what “on-chain” means. A blockchain is a shared record book copied across thousands of computers: once something is written it cannot be quietly edited or deleted, and anyone can read it without an account or our permission. You read those records on Solscan, a free public Solana explorer — and every winner on the home page links straight to its transaction there.
The whole machine runs on three on-chain addresses. Here is what each one does:
The pump.fun creator wallet. Creator fees from $GACHA trading collect here in SOL, and fund the cards the team pulls on Collector Crypt.
Holds new cards until they are escrowed, opens each draw, and commits the holder snapshot. It is the only address a human runs — and by design it can never pull a card back out of a draw or choose who wins.
The Solana program that is both the draw registry and the prize vault. It records every draw (close slot, snapshot root, slot hash, winner) and holds each card in a per-draw vault account that only the program itself can move — straight to the proven winner.
Put together: the treasury collects the fees, the operational wallet stocks and opens each draw, and the PokeGacha program locks each card, records who won, and releases the card only to that winner — all in the open. Nobody, including us, can fake or change a result after the fact. Want to go further? Prizes
Prizes are graded Pokémon slabs from Collector Crypt — PSA, BGS and CGC cards held in insured vaults and tokenised on Solana. Example cards are on the prizes page. Because each NFT is backed by a real vaulted card, a winner can keep it, trade it, or redeem the physical slab through Collector Crypt.
