Terms of Service

By accessing the Service, connecting a wallet, holding $GACHA, or otherwise participating in a draw, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
• You are not located in, and are not a resident of, any jurisdiction where participation in token-based prize draws, gaming, or the holding of crypto-assets is restricted or unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you live.
• You are not subject to sanctions or named on any prohibited-party list.

You participate at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including tax obligations on any prize you receive.

PokeGacha is a protocol on the Solana blockchain. Holding $GACHA automatically enters a wallet into recurring draws; no separate ticket purchase or action is required. Each draw selects one holder, weighted by balance, and the PokeGacha on-chain program transfers the prize to that holder.

The protocol’s program is deployed on a public blockchain and runs on-chain. We do not custody your tokens. Prize cards are sourced manually by the project team; only the draw and the payout are performed by the program. Interactions with the program are irreversible and subject to network conditions and fees outside our control.

$GACHA is a token launched on pump.fun and used to determine draw eligibility and weighting. It is not a security, share, deposit, or financial instrument, and confers no ownership, equity, dividend, or governance right. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

The token may have no value and its price may be volatile or fall to zero. You should not acquire $GACHA expecting profit, and you should never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.

• Each draw runs over a fixed window and resolves after a designated close slot. Eligibility is based on a holder snapshot committed shortly before that slot; tokens acquired after the snapshot do not count toward that draw.
• Prizes are Collector Crypt NFTs representing graded collectible cards held in Collector Crypt’s vaults. Prize availability, value, and composition vary per draw and are not guaranteed.
• Prizes are transferred on-chain to the winning wallet. We cannot reverse, recover, or re-issue a prize sent to a wallet you control. Custody of the physical card, and any redemption, shipping or trading of it, are provided by Collector Crypt under its own terms, not by PokeGacha.
• Estimated values shown on the Service are indicative, drawn from third-party market data, and are not an offer, appraisal, or guarantee of resale value.

Draw outcomes are derived from public on-chain data and are independently verifiable. The methodology is documented on the raffle algorithm page and can be reproduced using the verifier. While the selection mechanism is designed so that no party can predetermine a winner, randomness derived from slot hashes carries the inherent, bounded limitations described there.

The Service references and depends on third parties we do not control — including the Solana network, pump.fun and other trading venues, wallet providers, the grading companies, and Collector Crypt, which vaults and tokenises the underlying cards. We make no warranty as to their availability, accuracy, or conduct, and links to them are provided for convenience only.

You acknowledge the material risks of using a blockchain protocol, including but not limited to: on-chain program vulnerabilities; loss of private keys or wallet access; token price volatility and illiquidity; network congestion, forks, or failure; regulatory change; and the irreversibility of on-chain transactions. You assume all such risks.

The PokeGacha name, logo, and site content are owned by the project or its licensors. PokeGacha is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, Collector Crypt, or any grading company. Card images, names, and grading data displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are shown for reference. Nothing here grants you rights to any third-party trademark or copyrighted work.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of tokens, prizes, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
